Our work focuses on quality and adherence to delivery dates. Well structured quality management is the prerequisite for superior quality in production - not only in CNC milling. For this purpose clear guidelines must be maintained and observed for supplier relations, system-oriented management and customer orientation.
Production according to highest quality standards means to always think ahead. By means of proper documentation precious experiences from the past become important building blocks for the future. Manufacturing inspection, measurement equipment monitoring and incoming inspection are very familiar terms at Wenz. This was also confirmed by our recertification by DEKRA in March 2009. With the implementation of a quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001:2008 we consistently use all resources to meet customer requirements and expectations and to ensure highest-quality mechanical engineering and tool making.
